Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent; real estate experience is a plus.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
• Experience in an accounting role preferred; entry level allowed.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Adobe/Yardi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with GAAP work papers and schedules for audits.
• Prepare monthly close reports and quarterly analytics.
• Support calculations of portfolio returns and IRR.
• Convert cash-basis data to accrual for GAAP statements.
• Collaborate with senior accountants for guidance.
