Landmark Properties is seeking an Investment Management Intern to support the Asset Management and Acquisitions teams in Atlanta. The role focuses on compiling and analyzing financial data for the firm's existing portfolio and informing investment decisions.

You will work on debt and equity transactions, build financial models, prepare rent rolls and forecast budgets, and help streamline processes as part of a hands-on summer program.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Real Estate, Finance, or Business.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with organizational and leadership potential.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and models.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Management and Acquisitions in evaluating properties and transactions.
• Compile and analyze financial data for the existing portfolio.
• Model IRR, ROI, and other performance metrics in Excel.
• Prepare rent rolls, budgets, and rate plans for reporting.
• Assist in debt and equity transactions including refinancings.
• Gather rent and sales comps and support underwriting processes.
