Job summary

HPI Real Estate Services and Investments is seeking a seasoned acquisitions professional to lead underwriting, development, and value-add repositioning across our Dallas portfolio. You will work with the investment committee, capital partners, and leasing teams to drive value from market analysis through closing and disposition.

The role requires 4+ years in CRE, strong financial modeling, and excellent written communication for investor materials and IC memos.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial real estate acquisitions, development, or investment analysis.
• Full-cycle deal experience: underwriting through closing, stabilization, and exit.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; Argus and Yardi proficiency preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong written communication for IC memos and investor materials.
• TREC license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite acquisition, development, and value-add opportunities; build financial models.
• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and debt/equity packages.
• Manage full-cycle acquisition and disposition processes: market analysis, due diligence, contracts, financing, closing.
• Coordinate with lenders, equity partners, family offices, and institutional investors on debt and equity capitalization.
• Support ground-up development from site acquisition through construction oversight and stabilization.
• Work alongside leasing teams to drive occupancy and rent roll performance.
• Contribute to capital raising with investor materials and direct outreach.
• Track portfolio performance and deal pipeline to firm leadership.
