Job summary
Korn Ferry is partnering with a Private Equity client in Denver to recruit an Associate focused on financial modeling for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio analysis. The role spans fundraising, financing, budgeting, and strategic market analysis in a dynamic real estate environment.
Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Finance or Real Estate and 3–5 years in banking, consulting, or real estate brokerage, with strong Excel skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work well
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate is required.
- 3–5 years’ hands-on experience with a banking institution, consulting group or real estate brokerage.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail required.
- Ability to meet transactional deadlines and work longer hours when needed.
Responsibilities
- Underwriting of new investment opportunities throughout the United States.
- Budgeting and tracking of the existing real estate portfolio.
- Identify ways to improve operational performance with the team.
- Assist with selecting new markets.
- Assist with financing and selling assets or pools of assets.
- Assist in ongoing asset management across the portfolio.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
- Travel is required.
