Responsibilities

• Research market data to support analyses and investment theses.
• Manage due diligence across underwriting and closing processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate transaction closings.
• Engage with brokers to understand market conditions and comps.
• Analyze market trends and competitive properties to inform decisions.
