• Assist with due diligence, including financial, operational, market, and legal workstreams
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and transaction documentation
• Support acquisitions from initial underwriting through closing
• Monitor existing investments and portfolio company/property performance
• Work closely with senior investment professionals, lenders, brokers, partners, and other advisors
