Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking an experienced Associate of Investments to join AOG Living's Investments team in Houston, TX. The role supports the full lifecycle of real estate investments, including underwriting, acquisitions, and ongoing asset management across existing assets.

You will build financial models, perform market analyses, coordinate due diligence, and prepare investment materials for leadership review, while also assisting with loan and equity processes and portfolio performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required.
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, underwriting, or asset management; multifamily experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance principles, including capital stacks, debt structures, and standard return metrics.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting & acquisitions: build and maintain detailed financial models, conduct market research, perform due diligence, prepare investment memoranda and materials, support debt and equity financing, source opportunities and maintain relationships.
