Job summary

OGH is a leading commercial real estate debt investment platform seeking a Financial Analyst to join Investments / Asset Management in Austin, TX. You will support underwriting, portfolio management, and investor reporting, gaining exposure to loan structures, market research, and capital markets processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of CRE, investment banking, private credit, lending, valuation, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and analyze prospective debt investments across CRE asset classes.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate loan structures and DSCR.
• Conduct cash flow analysis, sensitivity tests, and downside scenarios.
• Review appraisals, market studies, and third-party due diligence materials.
• Prepare investment memoranda and underwriting packages for internal approval.
• Monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance.
• Support quarterly portfolio valuation and investor reporting.
