Job summary

OGH is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Investments/Asset Management team in underwriting real estate debt, evaluating loan opportunities, and monitoring portfolio performance from its Austin headquarters.

The role offers exposure to underwriting, market research, and investor reporting while collaborating with senior leadership to drive investment decisions in a dynamic real estate credit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of CRE, investment banking, private credit, lending, valuation, consulting, or corporate finance experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite prospective debt investments across multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and specialty assets.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate loan structures, DSCR, LTV, and borrower creditworthiness.
• Conduct cash flow analysis, sensitivity testing, and downside scenario modeling.
