Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the Senior Investments Team with underwriting opportunities, market tracking, and model development. The role involves preparing materials for Investment Committee reviews and assisting with due diligence on awarded opportunities.

The analyst will use Excel and Argus (AE) to build cash flow models and collaborate with the development and operations teams on related reporting and analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related discipline from a top-tier university.
• Strong academic record and quantitative/qualitative analytical ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review and screen commercial real estate investment opportunities.
• Assist in the financial analysis and underwriting of potential investments.
• Develop transaction specific financial models for real estate investments.
• Periodically revaluate existing assets using discounted cash flow and comps analyses.
• Research market statistics and support portfolio operations and reporting.
