Link Logistics Real Estate seeks an Investment Analyst to support the Senior Investments Team with underwriting, market analysis, and cash-flow modeling using Argus and Excel.

The role involves developing models, preparing committee materials, and assisting with land acquisitions and portfolio reporting, while coordinating with development and operations teams to support quarterly board meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, June 2027 or earlier.
• BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related disciplines preferred from a top-tier university.
• Strong academic record; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen commercial real estate investment opportunities.
• Assist in financial analysis and underwriting of potential investments.
• Develop transaction-specific financial models for real estate investments.
• Periodically revaluate existing assets using DCFs and comps.
• Research and analyze market statistics.
• Assist asset managers with leasing, budgets, and long-term asset strategies.
• Prepare investment committee memorandums and analysis for new investments and development opportunities.
• Support disposition team through all aspects of the transaction process.
• Prepare Management Committee and Board presentations.
