Job summary
Link Logistics Real Estate seeks an Investment Analyst to support screening and underwriting of commercial real estate opportunities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in Dallas.
You will build financial models, perform market research, and assist asset managers with budgets and strategic analyses, leveraging Excel and Argus to deliver insights to the investment committee.
Bachelor's degree by 2027 and strong academics are required; top-tier university preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, by June 2027 or earlier.
- Strong academic record and quantitative/qualitative analytical ability.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus (AE); understanding of basic financial concepts.
Responsibilities
- Review and screen commercial real estate investment opportunities
- Assist in the financial analysis and underwriting of potential investments
- Develop transaction specific financial models for real estate investments
- Periodically revaluate existing assets using discounted cash flow and sales comparable analyses
- Research and analyze market statistics
- Assist asset managers in all aspects of portfolio operations including leasing, budgets, and long-term asset strategies
- Prepare investment committee memorandums and analysis on new investments and development opportunities
- Support the disposition team through all aspects of the transaction process including preparing investment materials, coordinating each sale and closing
- Prepare Management Committee and Board presentations
