Candidates should have 2–3 years of underwriting experience in real estate, strong Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or underwriting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis of potential real estate investments, including property valuation, financial modeling, and pro forma analysis.
• Perform market research and due diligence, including market trends, comps, and risk assessments.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments, including tracking key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Support the acquisition process, including identifying and underwriting new deals, negotiating terms, and conducting site visits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including acquisitions, asset management, and legal to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Assist in the creation of financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
• Stay up to date with market conditions, economic trends, and industry news to provide informed insights and recommendations.
