Job summary

Oak View Group seeks an Analyst, Investments to help the Investment Team manage capital inflows and outflows across the company. You will build financial models for new venues and acquisitions, prepare materials for executives and lenders, and support diligence for financings and strategy initiatives.

Based in New York City, you will work with executives on portfolio development, RFP responses, and corporate analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive value.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate FP&A, or a consulting role supporting a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent mathematical, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas across multiple investment scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models in Microsoft Excel that evaluate new projects, acquisitions, and strategy assignments for senior management.
• Create investment and strategic materials using PowerPoint for internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on strategic assignments.
• Respond to diligence requests from external parties as part of financing for projects and capital structure.
• Plan and execute financial analysis projects and studies for the department and company.
• Partner with division heads to oversee financials of new opportunities and support business development.
• Manage and track the contract database.
• Assist on additional special projects.
