L&B Realty Advisors, LLP is seeking an Analyst in Asset Management to help develop, implement, and monitor real estate investment strategies to ensure performance aligns with client goals. The role is based at our Dallas corporate office and involves working with asset managers across office and industrial properties nationwide.

The candidate will perform financial modeling in Argus and Excel, prepare budgets, track performance, and collaborate closely with property management teams.

Qualifications

• BBA in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or Accounting.
• 1-4 years of experience as an Analyst in CRE Asset Management or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring real estate investment strategies.
• Prepare budgets and business plans with asset/property management teams.
• Oversee implementation of strategic goals with third-party property management.
• Participate in leasing and property management calls.
• Monitor leasing and capital market conditions for assets.
• Review property reports for accuracy and variances from budgets.
• Conduct market research to inform decisions.
• Assist in property inspections and due diligence for acquisitions.
