Job summary

Denholtz in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the Investment and Asset Management teams across the real estate portfolio. The role involves financial modeling, underwriting, market research, reporting, and active participation in acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and capital markets activities.

You'll work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, monitor performance, and inform capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, asset management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting underwriting, financial analysis, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; Argus Enterprise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support across a diverse real estate portfolio, develop financial models, valuations, cash flow projections, and reporting.
• Underwrite acquisitions, developments, recapitalizations, and other investment opportunities.
• Assist in transaction execution, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and joint ventures.
• Prepare detailed property- and portfolio-level financial models and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with teams to monitor performance and support capital allocation decisions.
• Develop investment memoranda, financial presentations, and reporting materials for leadership.
