You will support underwriting, acquisition, repositioning and sale of single-family homes nationwide, working closely with senior investment professionals and receiving extensive training to participate in investment decisions and drive impact within a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or STEM.
• 2-5 years of investment analysis or real estate acquisitions.
• Willingness to complete a DiSC personality assessment.
• Residential real estate knowledge preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, monitor, and decide on acquisition and sale of single-family real estate across the United States.
• Analyze value, potential rent, renovation costs, and projected sale price for assets.
• ROI & IRR analyses for various strategies.
• Create and maintain financial models of investments.
• Present investment memorandums to senior staff.
• Monitor market trends and prepare research presentations.
• Meet or exceed KPIs.
• Contribute to new business initiatives as needed.
