Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Training in financial modeling and real estate market analysis.
• Internship or prior experience in real estate asset management or investment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing individual real estate assets and portfolios.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling for acquisitions and performance evaluations.
• Monitor property performance metrics and prepare investment reports.
• Collaborate with property managers and investment teams to align asset strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for properties.
