Qualifications

Residential real estate or mortgage knowledge preferred but not required.
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
Self-starter with creative problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with strong time-management.
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or STEM.
2–5 years of investment analysis or real estate acquisitions.

Responsibilities

Underwrite, monitor, and decide on acquisitions, repositioning and sales of single-family real estate.
Evaluate value, rent potential, renovation costs, and projected sale price.
Run ROI and IRR analyses for strategies and channels.
Create and update financial models for investments.
Stress test performance with scenario analyses.
Prepare and present investment memorandums.
Track real estate market trends and synthesize data for presentations.
Review reports from asset management and title partners.
Help meet KPIs and support new business initiatives.
