Selby Jennings is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to oversee the performance of a growing real estate portfolio and support strategic asset management across multiple sites in the United States.

The role requires 1–3 years in real estate finance, strong Excel and ARGUS skills, and the ability to travel as needed. You will work closely with senior leadership to prepare analytical reports and drive asset performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
• 1–3 years of finance experience in multifamily asset management, real estate investments or real estate private equity.
• Strong Excel and ARGUS proficiency.
• Ability to conduct market research with limited data.
• Self-motivated with independent research and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficient in creating and presenting analyses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop strategic asset management plans and support deal flow.
• Oversee financial performance of assets including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare asset performance reports for senior leadership and investors.
• Lead asset management initiatives effectively.
• Maintain quality standards at each asset site.
• Provide analysis on acquisitions and dispositions.
• Ensure competency and oversight at each asset site.
• Assist with transaction management post-acquisition.
