Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst to support acquisitions, refinances, budgeting, and portfolio reporting for our growing property portfolio.

You will coordinate underwriting materials, maintain revenue and expense watch lists, and assist in forecasting and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, using Axio/CBRE/Costar resources as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint and model creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with financial pipeline - new acquisitions and refinances
• Coordinates initial underwriting materials to ownership for asset/portfolio acquisitions
• Maintains revenue and expense watch lists for assets
• Support budgeting/forecasting for properties
• Update monthly reports to monitor performance through historical and budget comparisons
• Special project analysis - analyzing and assist with implementing new business strategies/programs roll outs
• Assist in determining quarterly and annual performance metrics for presentations, for public REIT, and private investments portfolios
• Utilizing industry market/submarket and economic research through Axio/CBRE/Costar resources for reporting and presentations
