You will analyze financial results, manage budgets, and help advance property business plans, with growth opportunities as the firm expands and responsibilities evolve across assets and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Computer Science is required.
• 0-3 years of asset management, property management, or real estate financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills with a technology-oriented problem-solving approach; familiar with property management platforms (Yardi, Fortress, AppFolio) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial statements, budget-to-actual variances, rent rolls, and operational reports across the portfolio.
• Partner with asset managers to oversee property teams’ execution of asset strategies and business plans.
• Track capital improvement budgets, unit renovations, and returns on amenity upgrades.
• Perform periodic site visits across the portfolio to assess property condition and resident experience initiatives.
• Evaluate competing properties to monitor pricing and marketing strategies for revenue optimization.
• Review daily revenue management recommendations and inform pricing strategies across the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate portfolio data and dashboards and explore opportunities to connect systems and automate recurring work.
