Fair Trade Real Estate is hiring an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to acquire residential investment properties throughout Southern California. This is not an entry-level real estate position. We're looking for a proven acquisitions professional who knows how to analyze opportunities, build relationships, negotiate effectively, make offers, and get properties under contract.If you've already demonstrated that you can acquire real estate and want a platform that gives you the capital, technology, dispositions support, and infrastructure to produce at a higher level, we want to meet you.

About the Role

The RoleAs a Real Estate Acquisitions Agent, you'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing residential investment opportunities.You'll work with homeowners, real estate agents, wholesalers, investors, and other industry professionals to develop opportunities and convert them into acquisitions.This is a production-focused role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their pipeline and transactions.

Qualifications

• Residential investment property acquisitions
• Fix-and-flip investing
• Off-market seller acquisitions
• Institutional or professional SFR acquisitions
