Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with expected graduation Spring 2028 or 2029.
GPA requirement: include GPA, minimum 3.0.
Authorized to work in the U.S. for duration of internship; immigration sponsorship not available.
Strong verbal and written communication and ability to work in a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools for real estate assets and transactions.
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update real estate records, lease data, and related documentation.
Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work.
Research trends and content for global real estate, workplace and facilities management best practices.
