The internship runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, primarily on-site in Lawrenceville, NJ with possible hybrid arrangements. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's program, have a 3.0 GPA, can work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and are proficient in Microsoft Office and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with expected graduation Spring 2028 or 2029.
• Must include GPA on resume — minimum GPA 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools for real estate assets and transactions.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update real estate records, lease data, and related documentation.
• Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of work.
• Research trends and content for global real estate, workplace and facilities management best practices.
