Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is offering a Summer Internship in Product Development in New Jersey, with locations in New Brunswick or Princeton/Lawrenceville. Interns will work with mentors on a guided research project within a PD Project Team and gain valuable industry experience.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university program and pursuing an undergraduate or dual degree with GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. for duration of internship; visa sponsorship not available.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a team.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Exposure to PD processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work on a guided research project within a PD Project Team.
• Gain valuable industry and functional experience during the 10-week internship.
• Receive mentorship through a formal mentor program and regular feedback sessions.
• Present at the end of the internship and participate in learning and development sessions.
