Job summary

Nuhome Capital is seeking a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team in California. You will prospect new leads, make cold calls, build relationships, and help improve our lead conversion rate.

You’ll create and maintain a CRM, qualify leads for appointments with realtors, and participate in ongoing training to learn real estate investing and acquisitions. Competitive compensation of $63,500–$71,500 per year plus training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads.
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads.
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
• Learn real estate investing, acquisitions, and sales through ongoing training.
• Respond to new inbound leads quickly and professionally.
• Build rapport with homeowners and identify their goals, motivation, and timeline.
• Keep detailed notes and update the CRM after every conversation.
• Follow up consistently with homeowners until they reach a decision.
• Coordinate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoffs and appointment scheduling.
