CR of Maryland is hiring a full-time,Real Estate Inside Sales Representativeto help homeowners sell their houses quickly and simply. You’ll speak with property owners who have already expressed interest in a cash offer and help guide them through the process. This is afully remote, phone-based role withleads provided daily, no cold calling required, and a clear opportunity to earn $70,000 to $100,000 or more.

We’ve purchased over 1,600 homes and operate one of the most established home-buying companies in Maryland. If you're confident on the phone, well-organized, and motivated by results, this is a chance to grow with a proven team and real structure.

Responsibilities

• Make daily calls to warm homeowner leads
• Ask strong discovery questions to uncover motivation and property condition
• Log conversations and notes in our CRM with attention to detail
• Follow up regularly with leads through calls, texts, and emails
• Work closely with the acquisitions team to guide offers and deals
• Attend weekly Zoom-based sales trainings and one-on-ones
• Manage your pipeline and stay accountable to weekly KPIs
