Job summary

Kaplan Kirsch LLP seeks a motivated mid‑level associate to join our transactional practices in Denver. You will work on sophisticated deals across airports, real estate, infrastructure, energy, and procurement, initially building a broad foundation in project development and real estate matters.

You’ll draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, advise clients, and develop judgment and client skills to grow into a more specialized practice.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of transactional legal experience; more experienced candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the transactional team across airports, real estate, infrastructure, and project delivery.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements (development, acquisition/disposition, easements, leases, design‑build, procurement).
• Advise clients on project development, financing, procurement strategies, and construction matters.
• Grow breadth of transactional experience and move toward a specialized practice area over time.
