Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements.
• Work with clients and partners on regulatory and funding schemes.
• Advise on project development, infrastructure delivery, and procurement.
• Collaborate across real estate, environmental, rail/transit, and construction practices.
• Travel periodically for client meetings and industry conferences.
