Qualifications

• Three to five years of transactional legal experience.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in public sector, commercial and infrastructure matters.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the nationwide airports practice.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements.
• Work with clients on navigating federal regulatory and funding schemes.
• Advise on project development, infrastructure delivery, and procurement strategies.
• Travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry conferences.
