Job summary

Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking a Strategic Growth Coordinator to join our Growth team. This hybrid role in the Delaware/Mid-Atlantic area focuses on engaging prospective agents, scheduling recruitment meetings, and managing CRM records.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Growth to drive our expansion strategy and onboarding of top talent. The position is a 1099 independent contractor with a total compensation range of $48,000–$85,000 annually, based on performance.
