Job summary

Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking a Strategic Growth Coordinator to join our Growth team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective agents, handling outreach, recruitment meetings, and administrative tasks to drive engagement in our expansion efforts.

You will work with the Director of Growth to ensure a smooth recruitment process, maintaining records in the CRM and coordinating with recruiting leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role is preferred.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: conduct initial calls with potential agents, generate growth opportunities, cold-call, text, and email prospects to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Scheduling & Coordination: schedule candidate appointments with recruiting leadership; manage follow-ups and touchpoints with candidates.
• Administrative & CRM Management: maintain and update records of recruitment activities in the CRM; assist in managing tasks within Growth.
• Collaboration & Strategy: drive engagement with new and existing leads through follow-up communications; support smooth recruitment processes.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Growth Coordinator to join our Growth team. This role serves as a key support function in the recruitment and expansion efforts of Crown Homes, ensuring a seamless process for attracting and onboarding top-tier real estate professionals.

As a Strategic Growth Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective agents, responsible for initiating outreach, scheduling recruitment meetings, handling administrative tasks, and driving engagement with potential candidates. You will work closely with the Director of Growth to ensure the success of our expansion strategy, playing a critical role in the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach:
  • Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
  • Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
  • Articulate the Crown Homes value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
• Scheduling & Coordination:
  • Schedule candidate appointments with recruiting leadership.
  • Manage follow-ups and touchpoints with candidates to keep them engaged in the recruitment process.
• Administrative & CRM Management:
  • Maintain and update records of all recruitment activities in our CRM.
  • Assist in managing administrative tasks within the Growth department as needed.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Drive active engagement with new and existing leads through creative and strategic follow-up communications.
  • Support the department in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Compensation & Work Requirements

• Base + Performance based incentives:
  • Total compensation range: $48,000–$85,000 annually, with the opportunity to exceed this range based on performance
• Employment type: 1099 independent contractor
• Benefits: No benefits are offered for this position
• Equipment: Personal computer and reliable high-speed internet required
• Work schedule: Operates on Eastern Time; preference for candidates located in the Eastern time zone, or willing to work Eastern Time hours consistently

This position is hybrid eligible for candidates based in Delaware, Maryland, Southern New Jersey or Southern Pennsylvania. The role may include work at the Crown Homes Real Estate office located in Hockessin, DE.
