Job summary

Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking a Strategic Growth Coordinator to join our Growth team. This hybrid role based in Delaware supports recruitment and expansion, acting as the first contact for prospective agents and coordinating outreach, meetings, and CRM updates.

You will work closely with the Director of Growth to drive engagement, streamline recruitment processes, and help scale our agent network. Compensation is based on performance as a 1099 contractor, with Eastern Time hours preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or business development preferred.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with professionals at all levels.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Schedule candidate appointments with recruiting leadership and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records and assist in Growth department tasks.
