This leadership role owns agent count, productivity, and profitability, while mentoring agents through coaching, training, and a data-driven approach using KW tools.

Qualifications
- Real estate experience required in residential brokerage.
- Active Pennsylvania real estate license or ability to obtain quickly.
- Proven ability to recruit and build teams.
- Strong coaching mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsabilités
- Recruit, hire, and retain top real estate talent to grow agent counts.
- Conduct daily recruiting appointments and hit weekly/monthly goals.
- Coach and develop agents to boost productivity and profitability.
- Lead culture, coaching, and market-center strategy with leadership team.
- Collaborate with Operating Principal to align profitability targets.
