Job summary

Keller Williams Real Estate—Blue Bell is seeking a CEO / Team Leader to drive growth across the market center. You will recruit top talent, build a high-performing team, and shape culture across multiple offices.

This role owns agent counts and productivity, delivers coaching and training, and partners with leadership to hit profitability and strategic goals. A PA real estate license and a proven leadership track record are required.

Qualifications

Real estate experience is required.
Active Pennsylvania real estate license (or ability to obtain one quickly).
A proven ability to recruit, whether through building a team, growing an office, or attracting agents.
A coaching mindset: you get energy from helping others win.
A competitive drive, strong accountability, and comfort with numbers and metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, one-on-one and in front of a room.

Responsibilities

Recruiting top talent from competing brokerages and new licensees.
Hold regular one-on-ones, business planning sessions, and strategy reviews with agents.
Coach agents on lead generation, conversion, and business planning using KW models.
Lead the Market Center and collaborate with leadership to hit profitability and growth targets.
