Responsibilities

• Lead generate for 15 hours a week.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Consult with buyers, secure buyer agreements, and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology.
• Convert prospecting to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Consult with sellers to convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging, and listing services.
