Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks a Professional Development Consultant to drive early success and long-term retention for experienced real estate professionals with Coldwell Banker Realty. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in agent development, performance coaching, or brokerage enablement.
Deep understanding of the real estate lifecycle, transaction flow, and drivers of agent productivity.
Strong facilitation, presentation and relationship-building across varied audiences.
High emotional intelligence with proven coaching and influence abilities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate large or small group sessions, 1:1, and cohort-based sessions to drive productivity and platform adoption.
Identify key agent needs and coordinate with field leaders.
Serve as a strategic partner to Regional Presidents and RVPs by sharing trends and insights from the field.
Proactively source and collate professional development tools and resources for local initiatives.
Ensure consistent messaging, programming, and onboarding experience across CIH brands.
