Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks a Professional Development Consultant to drive early success and long-term retention for experienced real estate professionals with Coldwell Banker Realty. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in agent development, performance coaching, brokerage enablement, or similar roles.
Deep understanding of real estate lifecycle, transaction flow, and drivers of agent productivity.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills across varied audiences.
High emotional intelligence with ability to coach, influence, and support experienced professionals.
Ability to align multiple stakeholders within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Experienced Agent Support (70%): Facilitate large or small group, 1:1, and cohort-based sessions to drive productivity and platform adoption; identify agent needs and coordinate with field leaders.
Regional Liaison (25%): Partner with Regional Presidents and RVPs using field trends; source tools and resources; ensure leaders are informed with learning updates.
Cross-Enterprise Collaboration (5%): Collaborate with CIH brand development teams; maintain consistent messaging across brands.
