Job summary

6 Degrees Group is recruiting for a Manager of FP&A, supporting real estate in Atlanta, GA. This role joins the Business Unit Finance team to partner with real estate, supply chain, and P&L management, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for major investments.

You'll manage a small team, deliver executive summaries, and drive standardization and better reporting processes while sharpening strategic skills. The position is primarily in-office with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience, with retail or real estate exposure a plus.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate clearly in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models, ROI analyses, business cases, and proformas to support key real estate and strategic investment decisions.
• Deliver executive summaries and recommendations on sales, gross margin, inventory, payroll, and other key indicators.
• Lead the annual budget process and weekly and monthly reporting, using BI tools and dashboards to improve visibility.
• Manage a team that supports field and store leaders with ad hoc analysis while driving standardization and process improvement.
