6 Degrees Group is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, FP&A in Alpharetta, GA. The role sits at the intersection of Accounting and FP&A, turning monthly close data into leadership-ready reporting and analysis.

You’ll build MD&A, track core KPIs, and investigate variance drivers to guide growth decisions. We’re looking for a seasoned professional who can explain what numbers mean and what actions follow, partnering with business leaders across the company in a fast-moving team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or related role.
• Strong Excel skills with financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Clear communicator able to translate data into leadership insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reporting packages and MD&A packets with KPI trends and leadership commentary.
• Support annual capital budget process and CAPEX analysis, fixed assets, and rollforwards.
• Lead monthly variance analysis across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Act as the link between Accounting and FP&A for forecast vs. actuals alignment.
