Job summary

S+H Search is working with a well-established commercial real estate company that is adding an FP&A Manager to its Dallas team. The role offers senior responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across a diverse property portfolio.

You will lead annual budgeting, build models, and provide insights to senior leadership while collaborating with Leasing, Asset Management, and Accounting. Mentoring FP&A analysts is also part of the scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong modeling experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate strongly required.
• Experience with Yardi.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for corporate and property-level operations.
• Analyze monthly financial and operational performance against budget and forecast.
• Build financial models and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Partner closely with Leasing, Asset Management, and Accounting.
• Develop reporting and KPI platforms to improve business intelligence.
• Lead scenario analysis, long-term forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Support lease analysis, operating expense analysis, capital projects, and investment decisions.
• Mentor and guide FP&A Analysts and Associates.
