LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a Senior Manager of FP&A for a fast-growing services company in the Dallas area. The role partners with business units to provide strategic financial guidance, drive budgeting, and oversee performance against plans.

The position manages a team and emphasizes GAAP compliance and financial modeling. The role is hybrid, in-office one day per week, with relocation or residency in the Dallas/Fort Worth area preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Demonstrate excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control and reporting.
• Detailed knowledge of financial statements and their relationships.
• Experience in financial modeling (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).

Responsabilités

• Partner with business units on operational and strategic issues with financial guidance.
• Contribute to ongoing strategic planning as a member of senior management.
• Oversee long-term budget planning and cost management aligned to strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders on financial planning and projections.
• Lead budgeting processes and monitor performance with operational metrics.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and manage finance staff development.
