Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce forward-looking internal/external reports for senior management; both financial metrics and key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain critical departmental processes.
• Produce a quarterly risk and opportunities forecast review.
• Maintain property financial models using Excel and forecasting software.
• Produce forecasted key leasing statistics and occupancy reporting.
• Interface with various teams to maintain data flow.
