Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its Plymouth, MN team. You will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence for the operating real estate portfolio.

The role emphasizes data gathering, validation, and timely, accurate insights to guide property and investment decisions. Entry-level position with opportunities to grow under the Senior FP&A Analyst and Property FP&A Manager guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of FP&A, asset management, CRE finance, investments, or related analytics experience; internship considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience organizing and working with large data sets or building schedules/reports from raw data.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, data or BI processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analytical support: prepare analysis and schedules for recurring deliverables.
• Budgeting/forecasting: assist annual property budgeting and ongoing forecasting.
• Reporting/BI: distribute recurring property and portfolio reporting; build dashboards using BI tools.
• Systems/data/process improvement: maintain data integrity and seek automation opportunities.
• Cross-functional partnership: support Asset Management and other teams with data and ad hoc requests.
