We offer full-time roles in Central Florida / Tampa Bay with on-market and off-market deals, and you will join a team expanding its rehabs and acquisitions capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own the rehab from walkthrough to list-ready. Scopes, contractors, budget, timeline - every flip on your board.
• Keep every purchase and sale moving. Dates, docs, title, inspections - nothing slips past close.
• Find the next deal. This is our acquisitions seat - you source, underwrite, and get properties under contract.
