Organisation

Redpath are proud to be partnering with one of the market's fastest growing and well capitalised platforms. With offices in New York and Florida, the team focuses on ground-up development across student housing, hospitality, and urban mixed-use sectors, particularly in high-growth university markets. Backed by institutional capital, the firm takes projects through the full lifecycle from site selection and entitlement to construction oversight and asset stabilization.

Role

This Project Manager role offers a unique opportunity to work across three key asset verticals within the business ranging from student housing to hospitality and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through delivery. In addition to managing active projects, they will be actively involved in the early-stage development process, lending their expertise during site selection, feasibility analysis, and due diligence. This is a dynamic position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and is looking to influence both strategy and execution across a growing real estate platform.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple asset types, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives are met from design through construction completion.
  • Support early-stage development efforts, including site selection, feasibility studies, and due diligence to assess project viability and risk.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (architects, engineers, contractors, and legal advisors) to ensure alignment throughout the development process.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, tracking performance and proactively addressing deviations to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reporting materials for internal stakeholders and capital partners across all three asset verticals.
  • Contribute to entitlement and permitting strategies, working closely with local authorities and planning consultants to secure necessary approvals.
  • Ensure consistency in delivery standards, applying best practices in construction management, risk mitigation, and vendor oversight across the full portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years overseeing real estate development or construction projects, ideally with exposure to multifamily, student-oriented, hospitality, or mixed-use assets.
  • Team Leadership: Skilled in coordinating and directing third-party construction managers, general contractors, and technical consultants.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and local permitting workflows.
