Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a mid-level financial analyst to support portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions and development analysis in Irvine. You will handle valuation files, cash flow models and market research to inform investment decisions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing finance team. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance or Economics.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• MS Access and Argus experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio of Argus/valuation files and update for rent roll changes.
• Generate quarterly discounted cash flow valuations for assets.
• Assist Local Partners and Finance Managers with underwriting and analysis.
• Assist Asset Managers with economic analysis during lease negotiations and dispositions.
• Assist Capital Markets with waterfall cash flow models.
• Generate investment analysis summaries for investment committee.
• Gather market information for company reporting.
• Research credit analysis of potential tenants and competitor analysis.
