Clarion Partners in Los Angeles seeks a Real Estate Financial Analyst to support portfolio and asset management, including modeling, valuation analysis, budgeting, and client reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Business preferred.
• Financial modeling experience and proficiency in Excel and fundamental finance concepts.
• Exposure to ARGUS (Enterprise or DCF) is a plus.
• Competency in Argus, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio management, asset management and acquisition duties including client meetings/presentations, modeling, client reporting, property valuation analysis, lease analysis and special projects for several accounts.
• Assist with investment analysis and dispositions to meet portfolio goals, including Hold/Sell analysis, market reviews, rollover exposure, return thresholds and concentration risks.
• Prepare and present hold/sell recommendations and assist with the disposition process.
• Prepare and review portfolio-level and client reports.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of properties and portfolios.
• Maintain property valuation files and conduct internal valuations for business plans and deals.
• Review annual operating budgets and business plans.
• Analyze lease transactions.
• Assist with financing and disposition transactions.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and participate in special projects.
