The role requires a BA/BS degree and strong analytical, communication and Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial pipeline for acquisitions and refinances.

• Support budgeting and forecasting for properties.
• Update monthly performance reports and conduct variance analyses.
• Assist with new business strategies and program rollouts.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual performance metrics for presentations.
